Taste: Our 'Culinary grade' matcha tea has a lighter green color. It features a more robust flavor than our 'Ceremonial grade' matcha, with a more astringent flavor profile. This matcha grade creates fine texture that blends well, whether you are making a cool matcha ice cream or warm matcha pancakes.
