Mini Spa: How to make a Matcha Mask
Busy day at work, didn’t sleep well, ate way too much candy? It’s time to get yourself a mini detox spa with our easy DIY three-ingredients-only matcha mask. The ingredients work well together to help tired skin to look more energetic and get the glow back. Matcha contains a lot of antioxidants, and has anti-inflammatory and cooling effects on the skin. Yogurt is rich in zinc and lactic acid and prevents acne and tightens pores. Honey has anti-microbial properties that help to heal infections. The perfect trio for a mini spa!
What do you need?
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tea spoon of honey
1 tea spoon of Matcha Moments Culinary Grade Matcha
Mix the ingredients together and apply mask on your face for 15 minutes.
For the extra dose of antioxidants and health goodies inside and outside: During the time you let the mask soak into your skin prepare yourself a matcha tea or matcha latte. Matcha all the way! After 15 min wash off the mask with luke-warm water and enjoy your healthy glow.
