Thinking of a holiday drink that can impress your guests, looks perfect, and doesn’t give you extra calories? Here is an easy-to-make matcha drink recipe that not only tastes wonderful and has health benefits, but also looks beautiful on Thanksgiving/holiday tables.
There are a few simple ingredients in this recipe, which you can tweak as you please:
½ Cup Coconut/Almond milk (Or milk of your choice)
1 tbsp Maple syrup (You can use any sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
3-4 Oreo cookies (Crushed)
¼ cup Whipped coconut cream (optional)
3-4 Mint leaves (optional)
Matcha Tea Mixture:
Combine matcha powder with sweetener of your choice, 1/2 cup warm water, and whisk vigorously until froth forms.
-Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the milk, and then add matcha tea mixture.
-Top off the glass with whipped cream.
-To make it look like a cute little plant pot, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top and garnish with mint leaves.
