This whipped Matcha Dalgona recipe with no eggs is a simpler, healthy and delicious recipe, which is perfect for all matcha lovers and those who want to try out matcha for the first time as it is sweet. With simple ingredients, you can make this trendy recipe with a pop of refreshing Matcha Moments creamy layer on the top. So, spark your creativity at home and just whip it to perfection!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can coconut whipped cream 
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Moments Ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 cups milk/almond milk 

Directions:

In a mixing bowl combine Matcha Moments Ceremonial grade matcha, sugar, and hot water. Whisk it until sugar dissolves and no lumps remain.

Add coconut cream preferably into a stand mixer, add the matcha-sugar mixture into it and beat until everything is combined.

Fill your serving glasses with ice and cold milk. Top-up with the Dalgona style whipped matcha, give it a slight stir, and relish the delicious and healthy version of Dalgona with Matcha Moments!
