- 1 can coconut whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Moments Ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 4 cups milk/almond milk
In a mixing bowl combine Matcha Moments Ceremonial grade matcha, sugar, and hot water. Whisk it until sugar dissolves and no lumps remain.
Add coconut cream preferably into a stand mixer, add the matcha-sugar mixture into it and beat until everything is combined.
Fill your serving glasses with ice and cold milk. Top-up with the Dalgona style whipped matcha, give it a slight stir, and relish the delicious and healthy version of Dalgona with Matcha Moments!
