With summer approaching, we’ve got ice tea on our minds! But not the sugary, carbonated one from the grocery store, no much better, a three-minute homemade matcha ice tea. All you need is coconut water, matcha and ice cubes.
(makes 2 servings)
500ml coconut water
4g of Matcha Moments Premium Grade Matcha
Optional: Mint leaves or 1 sliced lime
STEP 1: PREPARE THE MATCHA TEA
Whisk the matcha with ca. 120ml coconut water until foam appears (you can also use a cocktail shaker instead)
STEP 2: ADD REMAINING COCONUT WATER AND ICE
Fill ice in a glass and add the matcha tea and the remaining coconut water as well as a squeeze of lime or some mint leaves
STEP 3: ENJOY
Serve in a tall glass or jar and ENJOY!
